NSTAR Technologies: As the co-founder of this EdTech company, I am dedicated to closing the income and knowledge gap within my community. I also serve as the Agile Faculty Lead, where I coach and mentor professionals to become successful scrum masters through live classes and student programs.

The African Immigrant Collective: As a volunteer, I use my experience and expertise to support the mission of ensuring that no immigrant starts from scratch and is successful in their businesses and careers in the diaspora.

At Red Hat, I lead enterprise Agile transformations within the Data and AI organization. My role involves spearheading the strategy and execution of initiatives that foster a culture of agility, innovation, and collaboration. I am also a founding member of Women In Software Engineering, Women of Project Management, and Women In Tech at Red Hat.

At Women Doing It Afraid, we are a thriving community for and of women who are overcoming their fears and are stepping up to becoming their best possible selves. It is a community that educates, empowers, and elevates her members through coaching, courses, and content. We have helped women start their business, collaborate with one another, apply for jobs they thought was not possible and step into their limelight.
